This center is important nationwide, due to its two control rooms running 24/7, where the technicians can monitor in real time, on the control wall screen, the 70.000 km gas distribution network status.

The control room of the gas network in Italy provides differentiated positions according to the role of the operators. The emergency call center uses three-station islands, while the network control is located on line stations, in front of the large video wall. Because of its need to run 24/7, extra areas to support the continuity of the service, such as a bar with kitchen and a relax area, were added. The project is characterized also by the institutional colors of the brand, declined between the floor, walls and furnishings, to emphasize the workplace.
