The dentist's chair module, designed with the cooperation of Eurodent Studies and Research Centre of San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna. Italy), is the result of many years' work designing every tiniest detail of a product that would lead the field in terms of ergonomics, practicality and hygiene.
The module has computerized controls and an integrated pedal operating system. The module and the chair itself are integrated in a single base without linkage boxes. The instrumentation of the unit is situated on balanced arms, with good lateral mobility of the grip, reassuring to the patient because it is harmonious and not the least aggressive, and the module can be easily cleaned.
Isorama is the name given to the chair, which has a steel structure and is padded with polyurethane. The movement is obtained by independent motor-reduction units which activate a recirculating ball screw, for smooth, silent tilt variations. Six automatic working positions can also be programmed and memorized.
Eurodent insisted on designing the assistant's area too, so as to create a functional operating area on this side of the unit suited to teamwork, made larger by moving the basin unit forward.
