Giugiaro Architettura developed the complete interior design for the first and second class areas, vestibules and toilets, along with the special areas for PRM and for bike storage.

The Giugiaro Architettura team worked steadily with Stadler engineers to create a train completely dedicated to the large number of passengers it has to carry, mainly commuters and tourists. All functional aspects were examined to create one of the most extraordinary regional trains around. To better analyze all stylistic and technical aspects, a 1:1 scale mock up was developed to represent the most important areas of the train, such as First Class, Second Class and the multifunctional area.
