The Aeolus H30 is basically the 5-door hatchback version of the Aeolus S30, developed together with the sedan by Dongfeng Motor Corporation. An agreement was made with Giugiaro for the style and engineering of both versions. The H30 was produced from 2009 to 2017.

The name Korando is a contraction of "Korea Can Do". The third generation Korando, codenamed the SsangYong C200 began production in late 2010. It was the first car to be released as part of SsangYong's revised lineup. It had slightly longer wheelbase than its rivals, the Hyundai ix35 and Kia Sportage. The new Korando was well received from a design perspective with many reviewers noting design improvements over previous models. Interior space too, was praised, as was the all-new monocoque chassis. It was the last vehicle to be produced before Giugiaro entered the VW group in 2011.

The first generation Besturn B50, presented in 2009, is a car designed by Giugiaro, based on the old Mazda 6 that is still in production at the FAW-Mazda joint venture. Sleek and eye-catching elements of Besturn family waistline design, together with eagle-eye headlamps and 5-spoke 16’’ alloy wheels, B50 redefines Besturn’s sporty emotions. In 2013, with 62,342 sales, the B50 was the most popular model in the Besturn range, and in the year 2014 72,259 units were sold.

The front an interesting solution impresses with a radiator grille with a chrome insert, narrow arc headlights, a massive bumper, and a raised hood. The rear of the car is also distinguished by a high bumper, a mono-facetted optic, and a small, graceful spoiler. The side profile received wheel arches of original design, chrome moldings and a convex “rib,” which, so to speak, surrounds the body of the sedan.

In 2009, Alfa Romeo unveiled a limited edition of the Brera, developed by Giugiaro in cooperation with Pininfarina. Limited to 900 units and named after Alfa Romeo's partner in the venture, this edition of the Brera was offered with opaque-finish titanium paintwork, 18" "turbine" style alloy wheels, an aluminium fuel-filler cap, and distinguished itself by slender, sporting lines that make it elegant yet dynamic.
